When you choose to upload images or files, the app may request access to your device's media library or document picker so you can select content to attach.

We use this information to create and manage customer accounts, support password login and OTP-based verification where available, provide surveillance service support, manage complaints, plans, billing, attendance, staff operations, send operational notifications, and improve reliability, fraud prevention, and security of our products and services.
